Frequently asked questions
When will the building be completed?
The building already has Act 14. Act 15 is expected by 30.11.2026 and Act 16 (the permit to use) by 31.12.2026, after which you can move in.
What is included in the price?
All prices include VAT and cover a fully finished turnkey bathroom, common areas with a bespoke interior, an Orona electric lift and a private basement storage unit. Full turnkey finishing to your own design is also available.
Do you help with bank financing?
Yes. We provide free financial consultation and full support with bank financing, working with leading banks to secure the best possible terms.
How many homes are there per floor?
One home per floor — five in total — with no neighbours sharing your landing. The lift meets you on the ground floor and stops right at your entrance.
Is there storage space?
Yes, every apartment has its own storage unit in the basement (from 2.21 to 3.42 m²). Apartment 1 includes a 33.90 m² storage-and-study room with its own bathroom.
